Developed help center architecture and content

As content strategist at ClearVoice, I worked with the customer success team to structure, write and manage help center content for our content marketing platform.

  1. Content was developed via Zendesk then migrated to Intercom.
  2. Content was written for two user types: customers and freelancers.
  3. Created tutorials and best practices based on product knowledge and testing.
  4. Frequently updated content based on user feedback and help center analytics.
